  • Our Return Policy
    We have received a few questions, most of them were saying: "Can I try it on? But can I return to you if I'm not into it?"

    We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s). You can try them on and look in the mirror to see how wonderful you are in them, but if you genuinely are not a fan, please send them back to us with care. All items must be unwashed, unaltered, and placed in original packaging.

    Please note that the original shipping cost and shipping insurance is non-refundable. For customers from the United States, Canada, Germany, and the United Kingdom, we'll mail you a prepaid return label once your return request is approved. If you are in countries besides these three regions, please get in touch with us via support@fanka.com.

  • When can I get refund and exchange items?
    Refund or exchange will proceed immediately once your return is well received.

    For a refund, the processing time will depend on the payment method you used for your order. PayPal refunds take up to 3 business days to process. Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to process.

    For an exchange, it will take up to 3 business days to arrange the shipment of the replacement item. Once shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking numbers.

    Do I need to pay for return shipping?
    It depends on countries.

    You don't need to pay for shipping if you are in the United States, Canada, Germany or the United Kingdom. You will receive a return label for anything you want to return.

    If you are in countries besides the United States, Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom, you will need to pay for shipping first. Please make sure to keep the shipment receipt. We can undertake a shipping fee below $30. We apologize for any inconvenience.
